The Gratitude Project
Holiday Food Essentials

More than 1 in 5 Massachusetts families with children experiences food insecurity. For 25 years, United Way of Massachusetts Bay’s Gratitude Project has supported families who must choose between putting food on their tables or paying their bills. The Gratitude Project includes donation drives for essential supplies, fundraisers, and volunteer opportunities throughout the year, because need knows no season.

The Gratitude Project united the doers—people and organizations like you who make a difference in our communities—to support those facing economic challenges. Through the Gratitude Project, United Way awarded nearly $200,000 to community organizations that provided families in their respective communities the essentials they need most.
