We are pleased to be collaborating with Family ACCESS to provide Emergency Funding for those individuals who are financially impacted by COVID-19.

Family ACCESS (A Center for Comprehensive Education and Support Services) has over 110 years of experience in strengthening diverse families in Metro West Boston with comprehensive educational and psycho-social services. Family ACCESS serves economic and culturally diverse populations of Newton, Waltham, and surrounding communities. Our services strengthen children and families by promoting early education, effective parenting and providing mental health support.

The application process for assistance closed on June 5. If you have an open application or need support connecting to local resources, please contact Family ACCESS at or 508-656-0050.

In addition, if you need immediate help, please contact United Way’s 2-1-1 helpline or visit for comprehensive information and referrals related to the virus.

Simply dial 2-1-1 on your phone to be connected to someone who can help you find health and human services available in the community. Supported by United Way, Mass 2-1-1 serves as a resource for finding government benefits and services, nonprofit organizations, support groups, volunteer opportunities, donation programs, and other local resources. It is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Or click to search the 2-1-1 database of available services. Click here to find help >>
