The Covid-19 crisis has illuminated and widened existing cracks in our human services safety net and education system like no other point in time in our history. It is also a once-in-a-generation opportunity to reimagine how we meet the needs of our most vulnerable residents now, in ways that empower our communities to emerge stronger, equitable and more prepared for the future.
United Way has launched an internal strategic planning process for our Community Impact work that examines community need, draws insight from those with lived experience, articulates the issues and opportunities we are looking to address, and identifies the ways we will measure our progress.
As part of this process, we have engaged a group of independent, outside consultants to help us solicit input from the people we serve and the people who know us best. As a valued stakeholder, we want to make sure that your input and perspectives are included in our process, and our deliberations about the future of our impact in the community. To that end, we would love and appreciate your completing this short survey about your experience with the United Way.
The survey should only take 10 minutes to complete and your responses will be completely anonymous. We encourage you to share the survey with your peers and colleagues who have experience and perspectives on the United Way and our work.
Thank you for helping us strengthen our impact and better serve our communities.
If you require accommodation in taking this survey or would like to speak directly to the consulting team, you can reach out to Karley Ausiello at firstname.lastname@example.org.
