Eversource Energy Awards $410,000 to United Way

BOSTON – United Way of Massachusetts Bay and Merrimack Valley announced today that Eversource Energy is awarding United Way $410,000 to help United Way’s work moving families out of poverty, ending homelessness, ensuring the healthy development of young children and preparing young people for success in college and career. In addition to this $410,000 corporate donation, Eversource employees have donated over $1,000,000 on their own during the 2018 United Way employee-giving campaign.

Conner was recently elected to serve as the Chairman of United Way’s Board of Directors to provide strategic leadership and direction to the organization and its efforts to bring corporate, nonprofit and community organizations together to create lasting change.
