Unitil builds Baby Basics kits for families in need

Employees of Unitil in Hampton, NH recently participated in a special Baby basics drive, a collection of needed supplies for families of infants. Baby Basics kits include such necessities as diapers, wipes, teething rings and development toys, baby clothes and blankets.

Several United Way funded partner agencies had the opportunity to “shop” for the supplies for the families they serve. Agencies included Kingston Children’s Center, Richie McFarland Children’s Center, New Generation, The Homeless Center for Strafford County and Seacoast Family Promise.

All were overwhelmed by the generosity of Unitil employees. The items collected will be used year round as agencies work to meet the needs of their clients.  This is a perfect example of United Way and its corporate and non-profit partners coming together to help those that most need it. Thank you Unitil employees!
