Our Impact

United Way harnesses the power of communities working together – people, companies, nonprofits, and government agencies – to deliver innovative, effective and lasting solutions.

Through research, analysis, and direct involvement we identify where our communities need the most help and where your donation will deliver the greatest results.

Our approach is unique:

  • We focus on the core foundations of better lives: financial opportunity and educational success.
  • We create partnerships and collaborations that deliver change that lasts.
  • We select and fund nonprofit partners with proven track records of success.
  • We help our partners build greater capacity by providing resources and connecting them with additional top performers and experts.
