OUR IMPACT

SAFE & STABLE HOUSING

THE HOUSING CRISIS CONTINUES

The housing market is incredibly challenging for people with low incomes and for those who have faced historical housing discrimination, such as Black and Latino communities. In the Greater Boston area, only 47 affordable rental homes are available for every 100 low-income renters. Most people who are severely burdened by housing costs are working, caring for dependents, young, elderly or have disabilities.
