At Roca, we envision a society that embraces young people’s mistakes as opportunities for change; one that relies less on incarceration and more on compassion, interest, and involvement; a world in which all young people lead healthy, hopeful lives while communities and systems work together to reduce the effects of incarceration, poverty and racism.
